We use soft limits with email notifications. You'll receive warnings at 80% and 95% usage. While you can continue using credits beyond your limit, we recommend either upgrading your plan or purchasing credit boost add-ons to ensure uninterrupted service.

No, add-on credit boosts are permanently added to your account and never expire. Unlike your monthly plan quota which resets each month, purchased credit boosts remain available until consumed, even if you downgrade your plan.

How are credits consumed from my quota vs add-ons?

Credits are consumed from your monthly plan quota first. Only after your monthly quota is fully depleted will the system start using credits from your permanent add-on purchases. This ensures your renewable monthly quota is used before consuming your permanent add-ons. At the start of each month, your plan quota resets and the cycle repeats.

Yes! Replica add-ons are permanently added to your account and never expire. Purchased replicas remain available indefinitely, even if you downgrade your plan.

Yes! You can upgrade, downgrade, or change your billing cycle at any time through your account settings. All plan changes are managed through Stripe's secure billing portal, which handles proration and billing adjustments automatically.

For Business plan users, the organization owner's subscription tier determines the limits for all team members. All members share the organization's credit quota. Team size is limited by your plan's seat allowance.

Is my data secure?

Yes. We use Supabase authentication with JWT tokens and row-level security on all database tables. All API requests are authenticated, Stripe webhooks are signature-verified, and payment processing is handled exclusively by Stripe. Your data is protected by Supabase's encryption at rest and TLS encryption in transit.
